It's back to black and white. The midnight sun-style series took a wrong turn. So, I'm reeling back in with something I like, and familiar; crystalline payne's grey and cool gray hues.
We've got a man in the moonlight, with stars on a white sand beach. I can vouch for having experienced this many times in my life. Especially, by the seashore in Monterey. The cold weather here in Illinois has made me miss my old home so much. I looked at the temperature differences out there. On the day it was -13 degrees here, it was 66 degrees in good ol' Monterey. And then Iceland was 33 degrees.
So, here's to a white beach instead of a black sand beach, and to weather you can go outside in at night, where the waves crash upon the shore.
And, then we have Sergio. Warm smile, warm face. You can tell when someone is genuinely happy they say, "because they get wrinkles around their eyes". That's why I liked working on this one so much. Much love here.
