Illustration is probably by far one of my favorite ways to work. Great, and meaningful words always inspire visions. Who better than to add vision than the artist? Like great films, the artist has to take the most meaningful stills and use them to communicate the most important pieces of the words. It is difficult to condense stories into one piece. However a good film could be composed simply through the use of one still 2-dimensional artwork. Often-times a story can spin off several illustrations.
Work in your media of choice, and hone your skills of composition, color, and content. No thing in this universe stands alone, or exist without strings. Tell as much of the story, or as little as you choose.
Illustration: words told with shapes and curves an color and faces. Stories where the letters and sounds go around in circle, where letters don't have to travel from left to right. Where figures tell the tale from up to down, or right to left.
