Valgerður Ingólfsdóttir

Vaddy is an Icelandic painter who travels back to her home country every summer to exhibit her paintings in various venues. Most recently her paintings were displayed at Café Haiti, in Reykjavík. In 2011 Vaddy lost most of her paintings in a fire, when Eden, a once well known tourist destination, burned to the ground. This did not stop her from pursuing her passion. She kept on painting and continues to show her work at galleries and different locations throughout Iceland.
